Grated carrot -2
Frozen peas - 0.5 cups
Oil and salt
Jeers seeds- 1 tsp
Ginger- garlic - 1 tsp
Coriander-jeera powder- 1tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 cup for garnishing

Method:

1) In a Kadai with oil, add Jeera seeds and grated carrot and peas and fry for 5 to10 minutes.
2) Add all the masalas and salt.
3)Add these to the Wheat Flour with water and little bit of oil and knead the dough.
4)Make little balls and roll it in to parathas.

Yummy carrot peas paratha is ready.
